- Any product bought from Iram G Brand (online) can be exchanged from Iram G Brand within 7 days or you need to courier to product you want to.
- Product should be unused and still has the label and in their original state.
- You have to pay shipping charges if you want to exchange or refund ( if it's not our mistake ).
- In order you receive wrong parcel or damaged product Iram G Brand should be intimated in writing (make a video), of return and the changed product will be delivered within 5 days.
- You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping & handling cost is non-refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATION:
You may cancel your order any time before the order has been processed and dispatched. Once the order has been processed, the “Exchange and Return Policy” Will be applied. Iram G Brand may decline the orders, if the payment did not go through or the product is faulty.
